Welcome to Salvus - CPC Transforming Lives

Psychotherapy for Adults & Couples

Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, stuck in familiar patterns, or struggling in your relationships. Therapy offers a space to make sense of what is happening, understand yourself more fully, and find a way forward.

I work with adults and couples across a wide range of emotional, psychological and relationship difficulties. I have particular expertise in Autism, ADHD and neurodiverse relationships, alongside anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and major life transitions.

With over 30 years' experience in mental health and support services, I offer a thoughtful, relational and professional approach tailored to your individual needs.
